This is a game made for the "I Can't Write But Want To Tell A Story" Game Jam.

Description:

There's competition between two cafés in this world, and it's up to you to choose who to fight for.  You're a spy from the Weasel Café, that needs to capture a  recipe from a competing café, the Duck Café.  Included in this game are multiple endings, long and short,  bad and good, and it's up to you to choose which one to believe in.

Go through all of the paths, find all of the endings to understand what is really going on.....

Game Length: Approx 20-30 minutes or shorter. (I think)

There's my attempt at a description. This is my first game jam, so I really worked hard on this.

I worked on the game art and story, while my partner in crime playtested and edited out as many mistakes as possible.

Please enjoy the game!

Note: I didn't have enough time for audio... so there's one loop. (Mute it if you need to) Also transitions may be wonky.

I wish I could have added more ducks. :P

Cute game. I liked the characters as well. I think I managed to get all the endings too.

Good for you! Thanks for taking the time to check out my game!

It is so well done and CUTE! Love the art of your game. ;)

Thank you for the kind comment! :D

The game is so cute!! I would die for Wensel!

Thanks for trying my game out! Wensel is pretty cool, isn't he?

I have to agree with everyone else, the game is very cute!

I had to see all endings, but I felt so bad on how easy Petal made it to get the recipe. And, while some routes had the obvious ending, other choices took me to endings I didn't know was going to happen.

Game mechanic wise, I didn't spot any bugs, at least no obvious ones, which is a huge plus. Every choice worked, and had different dialogue, different branches, and even ones that looped back. The game played beautifully.

The Save/load feature works really well, and I could even close the game and open it back up to the same files.

One suggestion I have:
The black text on dark grey on the main menu is hard to read, is it possible to change the text to one of the lighter colors that's in your title?

All in All, wonderful work! For a first game jam, you made a strong entrance.

cute game :) I like the art very much, very sweet, and the story. ^-^

Thank you very much! :D
